CHILDREN'S CANCER RESEARCH FUND provides critical funding to the University of Minnesota for research and training relating to the prevention, treatment, and cure of childhood cancers and is dedicated to improving the quality-of-life for pediatric cancer patients and their families.

• » One out of 300 children in the United States develops cancer before age 20.
• » Before 1950, the five-year survival rate was 10%. By the mid-1990's, the five-year survival rate was 75%.
• » Today, eight out of 10 children diagnosed with cancer can successfully be treated.

THE MINNESOTA WATER GARDEN SOCIETY is a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the enjoyment and enthusiasm for water gardening through promotion, education and shared experiences. This is accomplished by creating varied and exciting programs and special events that further water gardening.
