Rain or Shine

Welcome to the 2008 Twin Cites Pond and Landscape Tour. This is a self-guided tour held over two weekends, rain or shine. You may view as many sites as you wish. Properties open for viewing on Weekend One are not open for viewing on Weekend Two and vice versa. Please visit the tour sites only during designated tour hours.

Personalize Your Tour

Begin your tour by viewing the maps for each weekend using the links below. When you click on a location a new window appears with the site description, photos, driving directions and a link to a detailed street map. You can scroll through property listings to determine which sites you would like to see and refer back to the main map at any time. Create a personalized tour by printing out pages for the sites you want to visit.

Special Features

In addition to scrolling through the site descriptions, you may find the following icons useful in helping determine which sites you would like to visit:

• Nightscape Tour Site - These properties will also be open from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm on July 19 or July 26. Low voltage lighting adds a magical dimension to any landscape, and the properties on the unique Nightscape Tour are truly enchanting.
• The participating property owner has listed their site as handicapped accessible.
• Education Site - Minnesota Water Garden Society member volunteers will be available to help answer your water gardening questions. We highly recommend including at least one Education Site in your personalized tour.
